Matt Kelly, CEO, and Jennifer McNamara, Director of Clinical Services, have recently returned from attending the Cleveland Clinic: Patient Experience - Empathy and Innovation Summit in Ohio, USA.
The pair represented Gosford Private at the prestigious summit, where they had been chosen to be the first Australian's ever to present at what is renowned as one of the best patient experience conferences in the world.
Their presentation, highlighting Gosford Private's move towards a patient-centred model of care, was selected from a pool of over 250 submissions received worldwide.
Matt was also chosen to be part of an international panel discussing international perspectives on patient engagement.
During the Summit, Matt and Jen were interviewed for the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) TV podcast, as part of the not-for-profit organisation's program of improving health care through the best use of information technology and management systems.
