Consumer Representation
Feedback from our consumers and the local community plays a key role in improving the experiences we provide for patients.
There are two ways in which Consumers can provide valuable feedback and assistance to Gosford Private Hospital:
Consumer Advisors
Our Consumer and Community Advisory Committee plays an important role in the operation of our hospital - offering a consumer perspective to organisational decision making.
The Committee meets quarterly with representatives of the hospital's Executive, providing suggestions, ideas and feedback on patient information and organisational projects such as the hospital's models of care, major building works and business development opportunities.
For more information about the Consumer and Community Advisory Committee, or to apply to be a Consumer Advisor, please contact Sue Dalton, Executive Personal Assistant, at [email protected]
Consumer Representatives
Consumer Representatives are the voice of the community at Gosford Private Hospital. Whether you're a past patient of Gosford Private, a relative of a patient, or have previous experience in health care that would provide valuable insights, we want to hear from you!
While being a Consumer Representative doesn't involve attendance at Committee Meetings, you will be called on to provide valuable feedback about hospital developments such as new service offerings, updates to patient and visitor literature, or specific items relating to Risk & Quality at Gosford Private.
Feedback may be sought in the form of email feedback, surveys, or invitations to sit on specific working parties.
