One of Gosford Private’s longest-serving ENT surgeons, Dr Craig Johnston, grew up in Peats Ridge on the Central Coast and has strong ties to the local community.
He has been delivering care and surgical services to the Central Coast for the past 25 years and has an ongoing commitment to local Ear, Nose and Throat patients. He is the ENT representative at Gosford Private Hospital Medical Advisory Committee and Medical Staff Council.
Dr Johnston undertook his advanced ENT training across major hospitals in Sydney and completed post-fellowship training in the UK as an ENT/Head & Neck Registrar at the University College Hospital London.
The former Sydney University ENT lecturer also works in the public sector at Gosford Hospital where he is a experienced Senior VMO, Chairs the Head and Neck MDT, supervisor of advanced ENT trainees and also a valued member of the tracheotomy working party.
Something Dr Johnston is interested in is increasing access to high quality medical services for all Australians and for that reason Dr Johnston undertakes regular Indigenous outreach visits to Condobolin.
Dr Johnston is available for referral for all general Ear, Nose and Throat problems including tonsils, adenoids and grommets.
