Dr Kelly McNamara is a highly skilled and dedicated specialist Gynaecologist and Obstetrician practicing out of Gaiacology, located on the Central Coast, NSW. Kelly has completed her specialty training at The Royal Hospital for Women, St George Hospital and Gosford Hospital, while completing a PhD in gynaecology at the same time. Kelly has expertise across all general gynaecological conditions, as well as a focused interest in sexual and reproductive health and trauma-informed care, Kelly has over 15 years of experience in women's health.

When Kelly isn’t in the clinic, she works as a senior lecturer at the University of Newcastle, conducting research to ensure equitable access to women's healthcare and training the next generation of doctors. Kelly is an active Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and contributes to the College’s work through membership on two committees.

Kelly grew up in the Hunter Valley and spent much of her school holidays with family here on the Central Coast. Kelly has chosen this beautiful part of world to raise her own young family and care deeply about the wellbeing of my patients and the community.
