Dr Karen Lopez is a Rehabiltation Physician at Gosford Private Hospital and Hornsby Hospital.

Dr Lopez studied medicine at the University of New South Wales. She trained at St Vincents Hospital and other hospitals in Sydney before moving to the Central Coast where she completed her training. She was awarded fellowship of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine in 2012 and is appointed as a VMO at Gosford Private Hospital and a Staff Specialist at Hornsby Hospital.

Dr Lopez’s research interests include interventions in chronic disease and vestibular rehabilitation. She is involved in teaching and mentoring medical students at the Northern Sydney Clinical School (University of Sydney).
