2020-21 Diploma/Bachelor of Nursing Graduate Program

Key components of the program include:

• 6 positions
• Commencement date February 2020
• 12 month contract
• 32 hours per week
• Shift work in accordance with individual clinical area
• Comprehensive orientation program to the hospitals and their clinical areas
• 2 hours per month organised graduate study leave/debrief sessions
• Mandatory, generic and ward based competency programs and training
• Access to an e-learning portal and Workplace by Facebook
• Graduate’s workbook
• Support from Clinical Nurse Educators, Mentors or Clinical Nurse Specialists in each area
• Appraisals including feedback about your performance and strategies for improvement will be given during and at the completion of each rotation
• Certificate upon completion
• Applicants welcome who have completed a Diploma / Bachelor of Nursing in 2019 and have less than 12 months work experience within their new qualification
